![]() It arrived, was pretty, was already well folded etc, so I left it alone and wrapped it.\nAs she opened it I noticed a security tag on the back of the hoodie. "I ordered online in good faith a hoodie for my friends daughters 16th birthday. I'm not holding my breath, but I'm also not going to let it go either. \nI'm still waiting for a \u00a35 refund. \nSo if you don't want to be ignored or you have any genuine issues STEER WELL CLEAR of pull and bear. (You Honestly couldn't make this stuff up!!) \nThis is still ongoing after a month, and the purchase early August, and the first email was on August 18th. I replied I didn't want free postage, having no intention of ordering again from them, so I was offered 5% discount. I couldn't get extra photos because she now had the top, then I was offered free postage. \nTheir first reply a week later, they wanted different photos, even though I took several from all angles including labels too. Plus I had to take a load of photos to prove what had happened, which I did and attached to the email. Really inconvenient for me.\nI emailed pull and bear and asked to be compensated the fuel for the embarrassment and inconvenience, I only expected \u00a35 refund etc. I drove all the way back to her house and gave it to her again. There's no pull and bear shops here, so I had to drive it to a shopping centre where a lovely young lady from Next removed it for me.
